Privacy Policy

When you place an order we collect the name and phone number you enter, your email address and order note if you provide them, and any payment screenshot you upload as proof of payment.

We do not collect or store your card details. Card payments are handled entirely by our payment provider (see below), and card data never reaches our servers.

We use this data to identify your order, verify your payment, deliver your purchase, and provide support. We have no other use for it and we do not sell it.

Order records and payment screenshots are stored in our database hosted by Supabase. Screenshots are held in a private storage bucket that is not publicly readable.

Card payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record and is the seller for those transactions. Paddle receives the payment and billing details you enter into its checkout, and handles them under its own privacy policy.

When you place an order, an internal alert containing your order details is sent to our own staff channel on Telegram so we can fulfil it.

We keep order records for 24 months so we can handle support, refunds and accounting, after which they are deleted.

We store your language choice and light/dark theme preference in your browser. These are needed for the site to work and are not used for advertising or tracking.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond.
